Returns Based on Manufacturer Policy

  • All returns are governed by the return and warranty policies of the respective brand/manufacturer.

  • Returns will only be accepted upon presentation of the original receipt provided by the brand at the time of installation or delivery.

  • We do not process returns directly unless authorized in writing by the brand.


Warranty Assistance

  • Every product is covered under the standard warranty terms offered by the brand.

  • To claim warranty, please contact the brand’s customer service or visit their authorized service center.

Important Notes

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

  • Physical damage due to mishandling, installation errors, or misuse will not be covered under return or warranty.

  • Returns without the brand-issued receipt will not be accepted under any circumstances.
